I originally started personal training with Jordan for weight loss. Having a background of teaching fitness in the past, I knew what I wanted to achieve out of training and personality was very important for me. My training started 2 days per week and a year on I train with Jordan at least 4 to 5 days per week. My goals have dramatically changed from weight loss to concentrating increasing different aspects of fitness. Personally Jordan has a superb approach and positive attitude towards in motivating you to reach your maximum capability. During our training session he does push me beyond my limits and after every session I have this great satisfaction that I can push my self even further than I anticipated.
